Super Micro Computer Inc. Opens New Logistics Center
Location to Boost Service to EMEA Customers
Super Micro Computing Inc. (San Jose, CA), a provider of application-optimized server, workstation, blade, storage and GPU systems, has opened a logistics center in 's-Hertogenbosch to better service its European customers.
“The additional value of a local European system integration facility to produce Supermicro's advanced technology systems gives our customers localized supply and time to market advantages as well as a more competitive solution,” said Charles Liang, CEO and president of Supermicro. “We are pleased to increase the competitive advantages for our EMEA customers and to meet their dynamic demands for application-optimized solutions.”
The logistics center is the latest move by the company to increase service to the EMEA region. Supermicro doubled its logistics capacity in the region last year due to strong demand from its local customer base.
